At the bottom right of your screen, you should see a symbol like this. Click that. Say hi. Ask your questions there. If they're a faction worth their salt, they will be able to answer your questions.

You are supposed to participate in chat and in team play, ask your comembers and leaders about current and upcoming teamplayz (wars, chains, competitions, whatever =)
