A trade has been executed without my prior knowledge or consent.

Your logs say otherwise. In fact you were the one who initiated the trade. The money you gained from the trade was deposited in your Private Island's vault. I am not seeing any suspicious login activity on your account either, so unless someone else physically has access to your device, this trade was conducted by you.

However, it's a trade being initiated and completed without my knowledge.

I must emphases that I did not incur any loss of xanax or gain any cash from it.
You can check my PI's vault that I did not gain $168,799,600, or lose 200 Xanax from my items.

Therefore I feel I should highlight this occurrence in case it's a genuine bug or could potentially be exploited.

You HAD those xanax in your inventory which is the only way to add them to the Trade, you were sent those Xanax from another player, you sold these off and deposited the money in your vault:

03:33:26 - 20/07/23 Lindy_Lyson bought 29x Xanax at $767,633 each for a total of $22,261,357 from South Africa
13:39:12 - 18/07/23 Lindy_Lyson bought 28x Xanax at $752,508 each for a total of $21,070,224 from South Africa
