So I mulled over whether I should place this in Fun n games or G.D.,according to Jynxx it should be here...but I don't know.
Anyways this will be unofficial lore for Torn, so please note... none of this is canon, anyways here goes. Some Torn historians say that fedding first occurred sometime between the 1950s and the 1980s, when a citizen named Tommy was the perpetrator of a vicious spree, violently slaying several instrumental citizens.
Tommy, was a barbarian known for a short temper and a bloodthirst that drowned his entire being. A group of influential Torn residents would argue over the necessary punishment to Tommy, and during the arguments there were 2 principal options:
Alice, a preeminent mediator within her faction and since Tommy's spree, recognized as the faction leader suggested imprisonment, the majority of the group wanted to banish or execute Tommy. They banished the offender, who returned a decade later. In his spite, he gunned down many of the group that was assigned to punish him.
Alice, wounded severely by the gunfight, and being taken hostage to be tortured survived. Her wounds required her to retire as faction leader. They arrested him, imprisoned within a place known as federal.
What happened next is unknown, some of the few who could be considered scholars in Torn believe that he was executed through lethal injection; others believe that he escaped into the swamp, and taught Fernando how to be a criminal. History lost track of Tommy
