I know the answer is probably buried deep in a guide list somewhere, but how long does it take an item in a foreign market to restock?

So, an item that takes 7hr52mins to sell out would take.... 3hrs exactly to restock?
That's what they say but I'm not sure it's very accurate. For example, take a look at the ceibo flower chart in Argentina. Sometimes it takes 7-8 hours to sell but comes back within 2-3 hours. Probably easier if you if you look up the charts if you want to estimate if an out-of-stock item will be in stock when you land. Or similarly if an in-stock item will be out of stock when you land, though that's something you just get a feel for over time going to the same place hundreds of times.
