Yes just like what Quimmyth mentioned-
First get to at least 400-500 total combat stats in the gym, while also using up ur nerve for crimes
Then level to 15 asap through hitting weak leveling targets
Baldr's Basic Advice
From there you can start traveling to make money for better gym trains
There's no need to level past lv15 early on.

We have the Q but not the A........... deez who?
Definitely messed with which is why I'm trying to figure out how to level! Because attacking people is slow slow
