Anyone able to give me a feel for what a (realistic/typical) weekly ROI is on stock trading since the volatility changes?
I wouldn't be doing anything clever, just day-week trading. Probably a split portfolio around monthly lows, etc.
Trying to work out where the threshold is for passive BBs vs. active stock trading.
Thank you.

Most people I know used to get 1% weekly before the volatility nerf, and now get 1-2% monthly
If you manage 1% per week you are ahead of the curve.

I dropped the Stock Market option a while ago. I figure it isn't worth me investing my time (short to long term) to obvserve which stock will bring me such a modic percentage...
On another hand, I hope the above mentioned will change!
i was averaging .5-.6 until i got stuck in CNC for 5 weeks. Half a percent is probably ideal. Basically what Q said.
I'm a bit late to reply, but I am now aiming for 0.5-0.8% profit weekly. I think it's realistic
