WTB 300x300 Animated Pic - AI Welcome/Wanted, 100m

Hello all graphics designers, I need a 300x300 animated picture, I have an example below of what I want it to look like but in a 300x300 size, so even if you can copy it or get as close to this design as possible, I'll instantly pay you and thank you for your service, I welcome AI (as the picture I want a replicate of was made with AI) - I will pay atleast 100m, more depends on how close you can get it to the example, and even more if it ends up being better, I want the name Neon on it just like the picture - thank you guys NO STRETCH [image: i.imgur.com]

Please use irl money for work commissioned for use outside of torn. Don't RMT. 

It's for Torn and other games I play, it's a universal size and my preference, so it is about Torn thank you very much.

AI trash not welcome. Stop polluting the waters with garbage, the graphics forum is thriving with the hard work of all the great artists pushing the scene forward. Don't need a sudden influx of overnight AI typers thinking they're artists cos of shit threads like this- try non related or fun and games

That's clearly stretched, I've already used all the resize tools myself and this is what happens everytime

Unfortunately it'll stretch when you're trying to compress it down to 300x300 or it'll cut the writing off, you might need to find yourself a new image or take something torn sized that scales better

I'm happy for someone to do a new image, I just want it similar to this one is all, I know it can't be resized unless we have the original file, I just really like this picture and want something similar/very close to it

When did the rules regarding outside work requiring outside money chance? Did the RMR policy change? 

You do realize they blatantly said above that they're buying this work with torn cash to use on other games/platforms right? They're already breaking the rules.
