Selling 2 psf's. need them sold asap.

Both PSF's have extremely competitive wages

PSF 1: Oldest psf in the game, with huge profit potential, makes on average 22m+ net profit per day with a peak of 33m net daily when running smooth, with a peak of 33m net per day
Because its so old, and sellback is 75% of cost +5% of total revenue made, the sellback is giant, which also affects potential revenue and i can only hear offers over 7b  only 6.7b, sellback is almost 6b (i paid 8.5b at 4 stars with 6 staff)

SOLD PSF 2: this psf is 5 months old, and is maxed upgrades aswell, i'm only asking 4.4b for this psf :)
