Russian roulette brings the biggest financial problems to Torn. Just ask Evil Duck. There's a reason why I casino banned myself for a year.

Depending on your playstyle you need to choose whether you like money or perks. If you have 50-100k in a workstat you have the possibility of picking both.

A AN or sweet shop and candle shop doesn't have wages but they're hardly shit companies. 

as long as the director isn't selling trains or charging you to work there at least.

I meant subjectively lol. Shit as in if it doesn't align with your goals, it's not a company for you.

 If you're joining a company that doesn't offer wages expecting a wage then come crying to the forums about it, you're an idiot. Likewise with factions. There's tons of branches of high end factions and cache farms that pay exorbitant amounts of money, even to new players.

 

Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows the terms and conditions of joining a company/faction are discussed before doing it so you can do your best to ensure an outcome that aligns with both parties goals.
