Could we implement a rule against green leafs (and others) sending private messages to people begging for stuff.
A warning should be enough for first offence.

Sure, steal billions from faction mates and thats totally fine, but ask for help from an old established player while you're new and poor, and you get an official warning from staff.
I'd rather warnings and potential forum bans for people that make stupid suggestions that they know will never have a chance of being implemented.
