Is there any weapons I should really consider buying that are in the 100k budget?? Or anything at all that need be necessary?

Ideally faction should provide the weapons, but you can buy Macana with that budget
Get a macana. Its a solid melee weapon that can compete with a lot of rifles (minus the ability to use mods and special ammo). Its very cheap has good base stats and will serve you well as you begin.
However if your looking to get a full loadout with rifles, melees temps armor etc, id join another faction that provides armory access. Many will be able to outfit you with good gear, that is much better than what you can afford atm, along with giving you valuable advice and expirience. By joining one you not only save cash but also learn stuff that a faction of a lot of new players really cant teach you.

That being said there are plenty of factions that provide far more than 100k of gear.
I don't think so
when you are a very new player, your fights will be decided by your battle stats, not your weapon
Better get your battle stats up and save some cash until you can afford a weapon starting from the million price range, for example, diamond bladed knife
