What is not working right? You need to provide more details instead of putting up vague statements that can be referring to literally 100s of different things.
Well I can't see tha upper bar is not there I can't Go to City and to my job and Shit
Can you please try clearing site data for Torn from the browser settings and see if it resolves the issue?
