Small bug, noticed while I was helping someone start up.

In the "Criminal Methods" tutorial mission, the link to the Print Store is broken. Adds some random single quotes.

Also is it possible to add him as a referral still? He didn't do it when he signed up because he's blind or something. I'm not super worried about it, just figured I'd ask while I was here!
