I think clothes are considered necessities to most people. Don't know about you but I can't walk out of the house without clothes.

Literally nothing you said has anything to do with being crime-free. As with the last thread, why do we need yet another thread -- this time only describing the basics anyone should know -- for each decision you make in Torn? Seems like you should have one thread that serves as your diary if you really need to broadcast to all of us every single thing you do in Torn.

Price gouging applies to life necessities during states of emergency. This is speculation, not price gouging.

We are talking about game. Your character doesn't get deleted if it doesn't wear clothes or doesn't consume some goods. There are no life necessities in Torn.
Playing Torn without crime is like going to a whore without f**king.
