Currently trying to make a faction only to find out it's 13 million is there any methods to making fast money?

My advice is don't make a faction, you'll severely stunt your growth without any of the perks a larger faction can give you. There's plenty of smaller factions that will happily take you in.
Do not make a new faction... Honestly your screwing yourself. Join one and enjoy the benefits
Good advice from the 2 above.
When you get to level 15 you can fly to other countries. Buying flowers and plushies from destinations and then selling back in torn is a good way to make money
Buying bottles of beer from bits n bobs and selling in item market or your bazaar (100 allowance a day, you may as well buy 100 beers and make some money)
Selling losses - Higher level players will often pay younger lower level players to attack and lose to them on purpose. You can earn money for doing it. But make sure you agree a price before you do any losses for them. Most pay between 250,000-400,000* per loss so make sure you get the right money for doing it! You can find people buying losses in the Attacking forum or in Trade chat.
Most new players will often try 'Selling losses' to gain some initial money - but i wouldnt recommend you doing it long term as your energy is useful in other areas.

Before you lead, learn to follow. You are only level 4 and still a baby in Torn. 13 million is a few days flying income but THAT isn't your biggest roadblock.

It only costs 13 million to make a faction? I can make like 9 after last wars payout. My new faction is dope.
