Today i use more than 6 empty bloodbag at 1 minute. It is a bug or not i dont know. You can see this or check my activity.

Empty Blood bag reduce life 30%. But when i used it only reduce life 15%. So i can use up to 6 Times.
There is currently an event going on, called World Blood Donor Day. It reduces the life taken from 30% to 15%, as you described. This is also stated in the "Are you sure you want to use this item" text on the empty blood bag.
I am really sorry. I dont see calender. Please remove this post. This is embarassing. 😭
