hi my chat windows is missing i do everything that i could ( clear cache , other browser , log in log out , disable add ons disable or enable vpn and so on ....) but still its missing...

That is because your chat ban was still in place, imposed after you were federal jailed a month ago. The Federal jail sentences finish at midnight, but chat bans are applied for exact time you were jailed for. You had some residual chat ban left for a few hours that I have removed now.
