i took a break from the game and now i cant remeber the site my old factions used to tell me to use to create a list of hits for chains to get the max respect each time if anyone knows it that would be much apprectiated

It was probably TAC, but that's since been deleted after the owner was fedded for API abuse.
The modern equivalent to this is TSC, and whilst it does not currently have a website available the commands are available in the discord server linked in this thread.

You can also use Tornstats if your faction has a relatively up to date spy database.

Tornium's chain list generator can mostly do this, although you'll want to filter out active targets and the like yourself. You'll probably want to sign in with an API key at least once so it has your stats to generate the chain list.
Torn Targets is okay but I find I need to check profiles and make sure targets are truly inactive and every now and then I will lose, but most of them are around 6 to 7 respect, which isn't bad.
If your new faction doesn't have resources like this. You should maybe try to find a new faction. Just my 2 cents.
