You aren't active in the forums or community, and I've been online more in the last 4 days than you have the entirety since you've returned to torn.

Any stranger who can afford to loan you 1B, is gonna be an absolute retard to loan you 1B.

What experience do you have running companies?

After return I'm online every day for x hours per day so idk where you get information about 4 days I have +- same gametime gain for everyday. Before my pause because family problems i was active too every day x hours per day.

I have experience with running companies, i had few low cost 8-9* companies i builded from zero.

I know its weird to loan strangers, but in IRL it works same :). I never scammed someone,buymug or something like it .

I suggest you should do some calculations like you will pay the investor x - x amount weekly, irrelavent of the company's income.

you guarantee something that someone can invest on you. (Sort of like you loan and repay IRL).

Learn how people working sort of sharholders and divide profits. (Idk about this one, saw some ppl run dozens of companies)

Youve been online for 160~k seconds since your return, which is 44~ hours, over 35~ days is 1 hour a day.

An investor will need hes/her money back + promised interest besides the progress of the company. So find a way to pay back the investor regardless of how much you lose on the company. Like your Torn city bank interest.

Yea sorry i totally forgot write it. I will pay minimum 220M/month so maximum Invest time will be 5 months. But of course I will pay the maximum amount I can. if I happen to drop a SE in the city, I would sell it and use the money to pay off the debt. If by chance the company is not profitable after two months, I will simply sell it and pay investor  money.  Last chance are Donators packs. If I couldn't meet the 220M/month, I would simply buy them and pay the investor with money for selling them.

Why not just buy the donator packs now? 

Cuz its like 200IRL Dollars investment in one moment? 220M/Month is maximum 40IRL dollars/month and if i earn like 100M ingame i will need even less. If company will start good i dont need spent irl money.. its only cash insurance as last chance to pay  :)

You’re offering 10% for 5 months, that’s 2% a month profit on a gamble that a stranger, who’s gone inactive before and only recently come back (for limited daily activity), won’t keep the money.

it simply isn’t worth it for anyone to invest, unless they’re dumb as f**k.

I don't offer 10% for 5 months, I offer them for MAX 5 months. (now it is only 660M, i.e. a maximum of 3 months. (3.3% per month)) If I get the money within one month, I will return it within one month. I understand that someone may not believe me. But if someone decides to help, I will be happy and he will also earn from it. Like I said, I have never scammed anyone nor do I plan to.

 If you don't plan to help, I understand, but it's no reason to insult someone unnecessarily.
