There is a nonzero chance you have one if you're asking this.
You are new to the game, so if you inform a staff member of your second account and that you did not know it was against game rules, you will most likely be let off with no consequences (except losing your second account.)
If you continue to play on it, there will be much more severe consequences when you are caught.
