Hey!

 

I'm sure you guys have many times found that blocking some precocious waste of your time is ineffective when they're hell bent on making your life miserable.

 

In other words, the block feature doesn't work. I've been harassed by this one no-lifer with bounties and mugs for a week, making the game a drag to even engage with. Turns out, I can still do the same to him?

 

Block buttons are intended to block ALL interaction. This is not only harassment, the platform is failing to provide an effectively system of moderation if people literally can't cut off interaction with others interfering with their preferred play style.

 

Please fix the block feature.

Blocking someone doesn't just grant you immunity from them, this would be an awful feature that would absolutely be abused. 

 

Ignoring someone prevents them from chatting and mailing you, and removes any reasons from active bounties. Being attacked isn't harassment, it's part of the game.

Actually, it would be an amazing feature because it is a standard on every online platform nowadays. How is having a block button when I don't wish to engage with someone abuse?

 

It seems you do not comprehend the concept of boundaries

 

It is harassment if one does not wish to engage and is forced to.

Yeah, no. Blocking prevents all verbal interaction, meaning they cannot send you message/chat. All in-game interactions like attacking and placing bounties are still fair plays. A Block is not meant to prevent you from getting attacked. If a bounty is placed with a reason, the reason itself gets stripped by the system as it is a verbal communication. But bounties can still be placed.
