guy fawkes day is an english holiday. torn is in America (even though it is a sovereign state). 

no reason to be celebrating such a minor holiday that's so localized when other much more massive (but nonetheless irrelevant to torn) holidays aren't.

ngl i dont know what that means. but it reminds me on one time at my last job hr had a meeting about adding more holidays, and everyone had a different day they wanted to add. juneteenth,  leaf erikson day,mlk jr day... the list goes on. they just ended up giving us more vacation time, and moroe "floating holidays" as they called it.
