We need a way to be able to allow for a second person to be able to accept applications (while still being an employee if possible lol) while the director is traveling or offline. Are there plans for this or a way to make it happen?

While this sound like a good idea there are some flaws
What if the assistant hires someone who was fired for high addiction or not being active... the director ill just have to fire them again and start again
Also if you can hire you can fire....
This can ruin a company... my director didn't train me on employee appreciation day so I'm gonna fire all of the staff
All an assistant needs to do is ensure stock is brought daily while the director is offline
It's the same as with a CO leader for a faction tho. With accepting applications and stuff like that if the director is flying for 7 hours and can't get to an application then the assistant can communicate with the director if they want to accept or decline it.
And that's why you don't give someone that is untrustworthy as an assistant or a co leader in a faction as well :P
