Enhancers usually give either small xp gains or faster actions speeds of a certain crime
Is there a way to be more successful in those crimes
You have to start with easy crimes, don't try to rush your way to the later ones. Start with getting Search For Cash to 100, then move to Bootlegging, and so on.
