It's a lot of work and largley depends what industry you go in to to rldetermine profitability - something like a candle will bleed munz unless you sell trains, or something like AN or lingerie you have to get on top of your employees for taxes to make a profit. Some comps like LMs or PSFs are easy to run at a profit but compete for employee retention (and are rather costly to nab, looking at a couple bil at least, probably more for LMs, though I haven't been following the market lately)
Add tn this that for most 10* comps you'll need to buy at least TCP and TGP, likely SYS if you wanna use the vault (or simply have to keep a lot in there for expenses), that's another ~700m-3b (depending on if you take Sys or just risk the software assholes stealing your shit)
Overall depending on your comp type, you'll be looking at anywhere from 2b to ~50b depending on what you're looking at as startup costs
