Was playing a game. Waiting for a match. When my opponent joined. And didn't shoot. I kept refreshing page ( pot was a large amount) I ended up getting the time out screen telling me to "take action" never got the opportunity to shoot. Never even got a shot button. But when I clicked take action. It told me " it's your turn now" but I didn't have a button to shoot. I then lost the match. He used take action. Not me. :(

So as I understood, you've got an error message "It's not your turn" after clicking the "Take action" button, right?

No I believe I got a message saying "it's your turn now" first. But only after I had clicked the take action button. I never got a chance to shoot. But it may have been it's not your turn. I did get one of those messages yes.

No it doesn't happen all the time but it was recreated today. Happened to my friend the0r and he made a post about it too. I still have not gotten any money returned I'm still out 2b for a game I didn't get to play. Please help

Happened with me on a game aswell
The other player was afk and timed out and when I took action it said "it's not your turn" tho after a couple refreshes I was able to take action.
I wasn't able to take action. It gave me a take action button but I died. When I used it. I was the one who timed out even though it never once said it was my turn

I wouldn't hold your breath on that. They left RR open and playable even after knowing there was a problem so more and more people were affected. I would be shocked if they return the money to every effected game at this point, they'll probably just use some excuse like "you were willing to gamble it anyway".
That doesn't mean. I wanted to lose it without even having a chance to win. I understand if I timed out due to connection or something. But yeah I think at the very least some sort of compensation would be nice. It's not like that's not $400 worth of donator packs or anything. User error is one thing but not even getting the button to shoot. That's literally theft lol
Its been happening well over a year and completely ignored until now - Goodluck.
On the other side of it, the other player will feel it is unfair if their money is taken. The solution was to close RR while the issue is being sorted, as mentioned but that's not gonna happen.
update: still broken. gameplay as such, start match, refresh on each turn or timer isn't accurate.
This is a new issue that was introduced 2 weeks ago when the aforementioned timer issue was fixed. I have already asked the developers to make it a top priority to investigate and fix. If any of your games are affected, please grab a screenshot of the bugged game state and post it here.
