What is this statistic counting, exactly? I’ve dumped hundreds of items into city dump (trash) and my numbers haven’t changed.

Ok, so I did it yesterday and noticed it is now finally updated in PDA, but still not updated on the line graph (in-game personal stats). Is that updated end of day or something?
