Lmao... What a dumb thread. I fully support what Rebel_Virginia said. You said yourself you have no idea what to do as a faction leader. That's all on you. You're too new to the game to be owning a faction. And anyone you recruit, you're dragging them down a black hole with you.
But to answer your question. There's a script to block certain player's posts.
I'm not going to find it for you tho, that's on you.
If you want to block helpful players and call them assholes... You can block me too.

It was sound advice OP. Running a faction requires patience, since you'll be recruiting absolute newbies. You'll also need knowledge and money to help them out. You can definitely just learn things vy hit and trial yourself, but it'd be far easier to join an established fac and see how things work . Recruiting, oc's, chains, chains, ranked wars, territories, how to make money, making big friends who could help you if you needed help etc
For your question, you can install torn tools extension from the chrome store. It has an option to hide users posts.
One thing I will point out though: blocking everyone who gives you the advice you need, rather than the advice you want, is just a bad plan for nearly everything in life in general.

No my first faction my leaders account was deleted.My second one same thing for some reason.My third,my leader was the one that suggested I start my own faction and he helped me do it.All of my former faction leaders are basically mentoring me but some things they let me figure out on my own.
