are n/a items included in networth??

What do you mean by N/A? All your items should be included though.
Sometimes for slow moving goods like rare mask, the average value can't be seen
And yes still counted. I think with different average tho.
IE for plushy it maybe daily but for other items it can be monthly average.
Oh definitely. N/A value items. In this case there isn't a ton of info on exactly how it works (a few ultra expensive items are manually set) but yes, all items will count. It appears according to this Ched post that N/A value items pull from market history to calculate contribution to networth.
However if they are nontradeable such as OP's Halloween Basket, the contribution is likely $0.

Some do and some don't. Some items have specific values set to them, like Staff Collectibles and such, while other collectibles do not.
If an N/A item hasn't sold either on the item market or auction within 1 year. It will have no value.
As above, market value ≠ networth value. Market value is yesterday, networth is a formula spanning the last year (iirc).
