Enhancer question

a 2 part question. & a bit stupid but I'll ask anyway. 

Wearable items such as latex gloves & paint masks. Do they have to be worn to be effective, or can they just remain in the inventory?  

 the WIki says they only need to remain in your inventory, But Heck ya never know. IM sure someone out there has done the testing to see if there's any difference. 

2nd part. As there are no current nerve-associated assassination crimes for 2.0, we still have a tracking device. ( Assassination crime enhancer) Is this currently completely useless, Or does it play or have any effect at all in faction P.A.'s?  As that is the only assassination crime that currently exists in Torn.

Sorry if these have been asked before.  Yes, I know stupid to ask, but I am still curious. 

They just have to be in your items (not bazaar or display). You don't have to wear them.

Assassination is there as a crimes 1.0 item. As long as crimes 1.0 still exists it will still be displayed as an enhancer, even though it has no use in 2.0. It has no effect on PA outcomes.

The only one that gives a buff by actually wearing it is the balaclava which increases your stealth chances if your helm doesn’t have the masked effect. Other than that they just need to be in your inventory. 

Tracking device is currently useless in crimes 2.0 but will be used again with a future crime and when it does the value will spike massively like it has with every other enhancer

Crime enhancers don't need to be worn, only in inventory, attacking enhancers (masks or scary clothing) need to be worn to get the stealth or halloweek bonus, only one masked and one scary item is necessary, wearing more doesn't do anything.

PS: you can get both bonuses by wearing Kabuki mask, so just slap the mask on and don't worry about it. (other masks apply too, but not sure if all of em count)

So for Halloween, I just need to wear a kabuki mask? I don't need to equip a bone saw, Axe, chainsaw etc. ? 

Mask for Scary clothing bonus, to also get the scary weapon bonus you need to use a saw, axe etc. on a finishing hit, but if you have 12% or better Revitalize, you can just use that instead, the treat yield is comparable but the higher respect yield and amount of attacks will be appreciated by your faction.
