still not showing item information
I've been having the same issue for close to a week now and following this conversation. The issue still persists. Chrome browser on Windows 10.
I was having the same issue, but after seeing a suggestion in some other thread, I cleared all the cookies, etc., and that fixed it. I don't see that mentioned in this thread, so it is just a suggestion, as it worked for me. Using Chrome on a Windows PC.
That did not work for me. Went to "Delete browsing data..." and cleared everything.
Hey guys...sorry for the late reply after you all did some work on the item display bug issue.
Works perfect with graphics acceleration OFF but still doesn't with it on.
I just am leaving it off for now and don't see any issues with performance watching vids or playing other games. If I do and need to use graphics acceleration, turning it back on is not a big problem and very quick and easy to do.
I am an EDGE user.

I've added an error boundary, it is meant to stop the crash but of course, you won't be able to see the 3d preview.
Whatever you have done has solved the problem. I am able to see Item Information but as you say, I can't seel the 3D preview even though my browser is WebGL capable/supported. So what do we do next?
Could you please show the screenshot of how you are seeing it now?
This should be resolved now. The item description will show up even if your browser doesn't support WebGL. If you want the full 3d rendering then you will have to switch to a compatible browser/device.
