If he's got you on block, and still carrying on for 6 months straight then it's back to what I had originally said:
People like this do this because have no life and they get their own satisfaction from creating dissatisfaction in others.
Like SporkMonkey, I also had mailed him to see if we could get a response, I got no reply, and he's not commenting here either, so clearly he doesn't wish to give a reason, or he literally has no reason. He's 470 days old and appears to have been attacking players with all of his energy since day 1. Over 4500 attacks. What this tells me is that his stats have to be really really bad. If he keeps carrying on like this you can very easily pass him in stats and overtake him. Then he'll be out of your hair forever.
To do that tho, you need to make some changes to your playstyle. Logging in once a day isn't going to cut it anymore for you. And you should look at dropping that Noob Trap faction of yours and joining an established faction. This game is far more enjoyable when you're surrounded by 80-100 other people that are all active, lively, and talkative.
If you can do that, you'll start making money, something that you have very little of it appears, and with that money you can buy yourself out of your current situation.
