So, I (stupidly) took out a loan so I could get a private island and now I'm in debt up to my ears (quite literally). Anybody have any suggestions that don't include selling my private island?

Take this as a real life lesson. Do not buy anything (or borrow money to buy anything) that you can not afford to pay cash or pay back.

Didn't have to say it was forever.

Pop off, make money, pay off loan, go back.

Make it in time for the Teddy Bear's Picnic.

Take couple thousand (insert your currency here) loan from bank, buy DPs sell them and payback your torn loan with it.

Buying PI not a good investment anyway.

You spent your loan on something that cost more money vs bring in passive income to pay for PI,

sell it and invest till you can actually afford it.

Doesn't looks like you even own one, did you sell it already? That said, you have a 90m net worth, what kinda loan did you even take out to buy it?

Rent the island out, use the money each week to pay duke. Fly earn money pay duke.

Eventually you get to keep the island.

this. OP seem not to be familiar with finances which means either they are:

  • living with their parents and jobless

Based on their time played graph, they only started playing 2018. Which is still six years, so it doesn't answer why they had to take a duke loan to afford rent
