The titles reflect your highest ranked activity compared to other players. So, if you drink alcohol more than you attack people, or bail people, etc etc, you get the corresponding title.
It has no actual effect on the game, it will go away if/when you do other stuff.
You can check your ranking on Tornstats (in titles tracker) for various different things so you can see what you need to work on more if youd like to change it
What is wrong with that title? I have that title for a very long time now. It does not affect anything.
