What did they do, and do you have any proof?
Edit: Like are they mugging you, hosping you, just attacking you for chains?
If it's mugging, you shouldn't keep much, if any, cash on-hand. A good guide for that is "Keeping Your $$$ Safe!"
Also, is there a reason you can't bounty them? Since they're also noobs, it should be cheap.
You should also include user IDs, as there isn't a user called "POTATOARMY".
