other interactions through the mini-profile are functioning normally, but trying to send cash just closes the mini-profile

Same here. I have to actually load profiles to send cash
Seconding this as well, for cash, friend, and enemy on mini-popup profile
Same issue for me also, sending cash
When you try to open a new tab with the click on "Send Money" it starts a page you are viewing currently as well.
Mentions: Mini-Profile - Not able to send money
also cannot see friend/ enemy reason when hovering over the button on mini profiles

The issue has been resolved.

The "Cancel" button is still broken - it has a href value of "#", when it should probably have no href value at all.
Pressing it will remove the url hash, which means for stuff like the forums you'll be taken to the homepage.
