The description for CMT2540 states it will "unlock hacking crimes", however isn't this is only applicable to [Crimes 1.0]?
I believe CMT2610 should also state [Crimes 1.0]. All the virus merits are fine as they can be coded while on Crimes 1.0 or 2.0
