What would be a good alternative company to a 10* Restaurant to use this book?

According to this link, gz on the huge book, save the money for it and when the time comes use failure and mammaries in a row. Crazy. Just crazy.
10* Restaurant is the best. Do you have the Memories and Mammaries book?
The best time to use the book is in conjunction with CaffineCon in October. So keep that in mind. Then do it again with the M&M book. You'll want a friend in a Amusment Park to keep your happy up. And having the EVL stock block doesn't hurt at all either.
If your plan is to train some speed during this, get in contact with someone that has Sport Sneakers and rent them for the period that you'll be training speed (+5% speed gym gains). You may want to find a faction with better specials to guest in while you do the book.
Yes I do have M&M but its really hard to get in a 10* Restaurant thats why I was looking for an alternative.
Can always join a 7* or higher grocery store if you're using it over HW to attack
