As the title says, I have the web development course unlocked and completed and yet there's no phishing button on the scamming crime. is it supposed to be level locked? or am I missing something else?

There's a chance for the phisher to be installed when you farm email addresses, as long as you have the education course completed.
Thanks!
Why would the phisher be active without the education completed?
he never said that
you finish the edu,
then you spend nerve farming addresses,
then you have a chance to activate the phisher
I never said he did, I was asking why on my own behalf.
I haven't finished the education but I have an active phisher. Didn't want to create a new thread incase it's not a bug and something I'm missing
You do not have Web Design and Development? It is the same education that allows for the online shop in bootlegging btw, and not an education released a week ago
Ahh right thank you! I thought it was one of the new ones, if only someone had included an image of the required education in the original post..
Thanks again!
The Web Design and Development course will unlock the Phisher, which will gather email addresses at a highly variable rate.
Unlock the ability to create websites for use in Bootlegging and Scamming
- The Web Security and Penetration Testing course will unlock additional outcomes when farming email addresses in the form of data breaches.
- The Automated Data Mining & Processing course will unlock the Scraper, which will gather email addresses at a very high rate.
For the Psychology bachelor, the Interpersonal Dynamics course will unlock a visible range when selecting a response to predict where the cursor will land. This will be explained in detail further down.
