I have another recommendation. Since you are his referral, get him to work towards level 10 or play for him to get the rewards and merits.  Not too difficult as you can loan him the weapons and armor to level up.

Then give it to him. Win-win.

Yeah ive been telling him to lvl up but he is not too active anymore hahaha 

He has been given plenty of advise in the thread... baldr's gude, jobs, etc.

The reason he is getting such negative response is because after he got called out by Awesome-o on having 8b NW he conveniently avoided responding why he wouldn't just buy the DP for his brother.

Keeps saying his brother is too dumb to play or handle money yet wants others to fund him???

For me i got my first dp a few days after reaching lvl 15 (by flying of course) so its really not that hard to get one especially as someone who has plenty of experience in this game, honestly im still not sure why did you even make this thread.
