What are your views?

At the moment, there's not a clear favourite to win. This election will probably be another that's neck-to-neck until the end.

We will wait it out and hope for the best whilst the process being free and fair

I'm not sure what the best would even be.

I was not aware of that.

Though I find These polls are different compared to those we see on social media space like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube or forums like Quora and Reddit.

It's gonna look like Trump will win but at the last second there will be a bunch of mail in votes counted and Kamala will win

YouGov polled seven battleground states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin – between August 23 and September 3 for The Times and SAY24, a joint project of Stanford, Arizona State, and Yale Universities.

The poll shows the gains Vice President Kamala Harris has made on President Biden's position when we last polled these states in early July, a week before Biden's withdrawal from the race. Trump led in each state in July, by margins of between 1 percentage point and 7 percentage points. Now Harris leads in four of the states (Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania) and trails in the other three by 2 points or less (North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona).

Then you'll suddenly develop a functional brain, world hunger will instantly disappear and all will be well in lala land. 

That's a perspective some of my female friends have. They are comfortable with either of em which I find weird 

Some people's brains, after over a decade of very poor education, wither up into an atrophied little nuggets barely capable of binge watching kardasians or similar escapist nonsense. 

Critical thinking, inquisitive searching for knowledge and growth as a human being don't feature much in these people's lives. 

Look at the stats for people who don't vote. 

Your government like stupid people, they're easier to fleece. 

Free will isn't a result of education, it's a matter of willpower. You have to be able to conciously recognize what your moral intuitions are and how they impact your thinking. Even with a poor education, there are books and audiobooms capable of giving you the tools you need to have free will

It can be ruthless in here especially for newer players

I'd place my bet on whoever wins California. If I were running for president, California would be the top of my priorities.

Doesn't california vote blue no matter who?

I don't think any party puts much effort in California proper for Presidential elections due to San Francisco and Los Angeles being so heavily Democrat. Given the all or nothing system that California has for electoral votes, it isn't likely that any party is going to change California's 2024 electoral votes going to Harris.

Now, I'm pretty sure that parties put a lot of effort in swing states like East California Arizona, because those electoral votes are up for grabs.

Hibestly, the states that just give their votes over to whoever wins the national popular vote are screwing themselves out of power
