I had this issue earlier this year but it got resolved within a day iirc.
Using Brave and issue persist even in incognito. Torn works in Safari.
Cloudflare loop. Again.

Cloudflare doesn't like current configuration of your brave browser then
Try updating, clearing cache/cookies, or wait for Cloudflare to be less sensitive to your particular setup
Maybe try toggling Desktop mode, if applicable.
cookies are cleared, updated the browser too and issue is still there.
I have no idea how to toggle desktop mode or where to look if its applicable.
Do you use Tampermonkey? I use firefox and sometimes I get a loop. When I disable Tampermonkey it will load after refresh. Then I enable Tampermonkey again and everything works fine.

If that worked, you might have a script that throws errors when on the cloudflare turnstyle page. The next time you are in the turnstyle, you will be stuck in the loop again.
Find that script by disabling them 1 by 1, and then reporting as a bug to the creator :D
(I have seen this issue in an old version of some revive scripts)
