Just curious does an employee in a 10* rig do get a salary or they're converted into tax? Considering the daily income of 90-100m and with the number of employees the daily income would not suffice the employees salaries.

Yes oil rig employees should get a salary unless for some reason they don't have good work stats, but then I don't know why they'd in a rig. Rig perks are worth about 2.5m so if you're not getting at least within 2.5m of what a PSF will pay you, you're getting ripped off.

2.5mil would pretty much be bottom dollar. The only reason to take an oil rig position is to make money as outside of that, the specials are more or less non existent. Most rigs pay around 3mil on average in my experience.
