edit2: yes indeed i'm just making a mistake. the person i thought i saw as a duke target is through bounties. duke missions are only ever for innactive people. my mistake
Is taking a loan from Duke, not paying it, and eventually becoming a duke mission target a way of passively attracting attacks to maybe get defends? (edit: apparently not paying loans is not connected with mission targets. i thought i saw someone as a target and also still activ, but i must be mistaken)
judging by my experience with duke mission targets, some can be quite difficult, so maybe people who get me as a target might also find me difficult and i get 1-2 defends every now and again.
