Sellout Slayer Not Registering Al

I recently accepted a mission from Duke called Sellout Slayer, bought a Vektor CR-21, and bought 6 losses from my faction mates to try and finish the mission. 

 

For some bizarre reason, only 4 of the losses registered for the mission. I have checked to make sure that the weapon was used in all 6 fights and I won all 6 fights. Both of these are true (I set my defense settings to be 100% primary). I have included screenshots for reference and fight links for your reference.

Just got the mission again and it bugged out again. Currently at 3 losses and the mission only registered 2 hits. Do you want me to post the logs again or ?

Looks like the mission is already completed - if this will happen next time please ping, I will extend the timers so we can check the accurate trigger status.

Post after the counter is bugged and don't do further hits with the weapon.

Haven't had an opportunity to get the mission + be able to sit down to carefully track the hits. This isn't exactly an easy bug to replicate....

 

When I get the mission again and can carefully track the hits, I'll post in the thread.
