why can we just buy drugs and not make it?? so can we get like a crime thing that we can make our own drugs like ,weed etc. it can be a company or something doesnt matter !!!

Can we lock noobs that didnt start playing this game from making game changing suggestion?
Taking drugs and making drugs are two different kind of things.
I use shampoo every day but i have no damn clue on how to make it.
I eat salat but i'm not a gardener that grows his own stuff.
Also some companies give specific drugs.
