Most miscellaneous items are over 100 now, used to always be less. Jewellery also climbing high. Some other items are indeed down, like candles and beer, which have tanked.

Why are you concerning yourself with miscellaneous items and jewellery?
Those items being "over 100 now" doesn't constitute to inflation.
A vast majority of the miscellaneous items are new Crimes 2.0 items which didn't exist very long ago. A lot have higher prices because of their anticipation to be used in future crimes.

Jump on the bandwagon. Buy up those items and keep driving the price up, then resell and try to make a profit.
