1 Is there any stock worth buying at all
2 Last week I read a post and can’t remember where or when?
so someone was talking about para when you attack or are attacked and he said it helped betting higher lvls so what the hell is para?

Any BB that gives more than 20% RoI is worth purchasing for passive income if that's what you mean for your first question (at 20% PI rentals outperform them) - I don't have the sheet in front of me but at least SYM and FHG standout as better buys for income over time
I assume para meant paralyze the RW bonus, which can only spawn on heavy artillery weapons (heavy cache) - but if you're looking to cheese defends typically a high % stun cattle prod will do you better (, though you won't win many defends)
There are lots of stocks worth buying if you buy for the benefit blocks. You can make billions of dollars with stock blocks. Look at stocks like SYM, FHG, GRN, TCT, MUN, PTS, IOU, PRN to name a few off the top of my head that are good earners.
As for the next question. No idea what they are talking about without some context. Para could mean two things that I can think of, either the M249 MG or Parachute. Both are very different items.
