Hmmm, yeah I noticed it this morning too. Unusual, but I could do with the extra $352k, so I hope they don't fix it.

Would be good to post this in a more visible place. I was about to create a bug report regarding upkeep not increasing today.

I was thinking of posting a bug, but wanted to check if others had the same issue.
I also assumed it was a continuation of the cron issue.
We definitely need to commerate this day. Every year we have a Rent-Free Day :)

Most preferable to players would likely be a 1 day rollback and time traveler merit, if your still looking for solutions.

Same, came here to see if it had happened to others.
It's better someone noticed and said something.... otherwise next week when ched noticed we would all have a 5M upkeep to pay instead of getting a free day!

Seems there have been a few issues on certain ticks, company ticks had an issue the other day with done prior not being paid.
I wonder what's causing it?
Domino effect I'm sure..... they make a change it messes with something else so that needs to be fixed
Do you think it's server related or code related though?
My theory is they are testing servers in prep for Halloween and the immense load it always brings.
Is it so hard to STFU about free rent?
