I'd say anything more than one PI per year means you're on the good side of lady luck. It's worth it, if you've filled all the other stock blocks with a better ROI.
The average payout is just the average of all properties. Not a lot, but not the worst.
I have had 3 in 24 months. But the stock block for me is up 20% so that's something
It's a joke, it needs a buff, only had 1 more PI since making the thread.
